Lotus Moments

Lotus Moment: Taking In The Shadows

Shadows at the Thirsty Scholar by Candace Nicholson

Why this is awesome: I took a moment to gather myself after a pretty chaotic three weeks at a relatively new watering hole called The Thirsty Scholar. When I wasn't reading another entry in my book (which I bought at an indie shop, not on Amazon), I was people watching. When I wasn't people watching, I was taking in my beautiful, dimly lit surroundings.

It's been an interesting few weeks with some equally hairy ones ahead. Let's hope I can remember to stop, breathe and take in the shadows again.
