Many have said that 2020 was a year of great change and transformation, collectively and individually. One of the ways I believe I helped some individuals in this area was offering my services to update websites for small business owners and entrepreneurs who needed to shift their focus in response to the economic downturn and the expansion of their companies.
Ms. Notary NY is one of those businesses. Run by an accomplished, Brooklyn-based tax accountant and bookkeeper, Ms. Notary NY wanted to update her website and add more content that would help potential clients determine if she offered the services they were looking for. I researched the owner's competitors in her local area and around the country, and shared a number of small, but substantive changes to her messaging, as well as new content that makes the rather dry and serious subject a bit easier to digest.
In the end, I created seven (7) pages of revised and/or new content for her website update in time for her September 2020 re-launch, including an About page that focuses on her role as a local business owner with ties to the community and an understanding of how important small businesses are in our current economic landscape. And along the way, I learned more about the complexity of loan signing and apostille services.
