When New Jersey Stage approached me about writing theater reviews for their digital publication, I was happy to join the team. But little did I know that my first article would take me to the famed Paper Mill Playhouse in Milburn, NJ, where I would see a Broadway-bound adaptation of The Sting. Starring Harry Connick Jr. and J. Harrison Ghee, The Sting manages to stand out by creating its own magic and blending it with the spark of the original film and an homage to the great music it revived for a new generation.
